Our Story
Naomh Éanna GAA Club was founded in Gorey in 1970 by a group of Christian Brothers, bringing senior hurling and senior football in the town under one banner. The name means "Saint Enda's" and was taken from Scoil Éanna, the school founded by Patrick Pearse.
Our home at Páirc Uí Shíocháin on the Clonattin Road is the base for hurling, Gaelic football and camogie, the last of which was revived at the club in 2002.
A first Wexford Intermediate Hurling Championship arrived in 1974. Promotion to the senior grade followed the 2015 intermediate title, and the senior hurlers were crowned county champions in 2018 and again in 2023 — the same year the footballers took a second Intermediate Football Championship.
